Unfairly banned for supposed botting. - Guild Wars Forums

So a few days ago, i started playing PvP. i have been an avid GW player for 2 yrs now and figured id give PvP a try, so i was playing JQ kurzick side. Well i must have went to the same quarry a few too many times or something, because i try to log onto my account this morning and recieve code=045. My account has been banned for botting or other 3rd party program. THIS IS OUTRAGEOUS!! If they took time to look into it they would see that the chat logs from them games have me talking to my team and the luxons, so obviously i wasnt botting. How do i go about possibly getting my account unbanned? any input would be greatly appreciated, i mean i have worked too hard at this game to be unfairly banned. Ty for reading this
